On 17th May 1777 Thomas Maude 1st Baron Montalt [age 50] died unmarried. Baron Montalt of Hawarden in Tipperary extinct. His brother [her future husband] Cornwallis [age 47] succeeded 3rd Baronet of Dundrum in Tipperary. Anne Isabella Monck Viscountess Hawarden [age 18] by marriage Lady of Dundrum in Tipperary.
On 3rd June 1777 Cornwallis Maude 1st Viscount Hawarden [age 47] and Anne Isabella Monck Viscountess Hawarden [age 18] were married. The difference in their ages was 29 years.
On 27th March 1780 [her son] Cornwallis Maude 3rd Viscount Hawarden was born to [her husband] Cornwallis Maude 1st Viscount Hawarden [age 50] and Anne Isabella Monck Viscountess Hawarden [age 21]. He married 8th July 1811 Jane Crawfurd Bruce and had issue.
Around 1783 [her daughter] Alicia Maude was born to [her husband] Cornwallis Maude 1st Viscount Hawarden [age 53] and Anne Isabella Monck Viscountess Hawarden [age 24]. She married May 1807 Reverend Robert Ponsonby Tottenham, son of Charles Tottenham aka Loftus 1st Marquess Ely and Jane Myhill Marchioness Ely, and had issue.
In 1784 [her brother] Charles Stanley Monck 1st Viscount Monck [age 30] and [her sister-in-law] Anne Quin were married.

On 17th November 1798 [her son] Captain Francis Maude was born to [her husband] Cornwallis Maude 1st Viscount Hawarden [age 69] and Anne Isabella Monck Viscountess Hawarden [age 39].
On 14th December 1798 [her step-son] Thomas Ralph Maude 2nd Viscount Hawarden [age 31] and Frances Anne Agar Viscountess Hawarden were married. She the daughter of Charles Agar 1st Earl Normanton [age 61] and Jane Benson Countess Northampton.
On 9th June 1802 [her brother] Charles Stanley Monck 1st Viscount Monck [age 48] died. His son [her nephew] Henry [age 16] succeeded 2nd Viscount Monck.
On 23rd August 1803 [her husband] Cornwallis Maude 1st Viscount Hawarden [age 73] died. His son [her step-son] Thomas [age 36] succeeded 2nd Viscount Hawarden, 2nd Baron Montalt of Hawarden in Tipperary, 4th Baronet of Dundrum in Tipperary. Frances Anne Agar Viscountess Hawarden by marriage Viscountess Hawarden.
In May 1807 [her son-in-law] Reverend Robert Ponsonby Tottenham [age 33] and [her daughter] Alicia Maude [age 24] were married. He the son of Charles Tottenham aka Loftus 1st Marquess Ely and Jane Myhill Marchioness Ely.
