In 1586 Greville Verney 15th Baron Latimer 7th Baron Willoughby was born to Richard Verney 14th Baron Latimer 6th Baron Willoughby (age 23) and Margaret Greville 14th Baroness Latimer 6th Baroness Willoughby of Broke (age 25).
In 1614 Greville Verney 15th Baron Latimer 7th Baron Willoughby (age 28) was elected MP Warwick.
On 13th May 1618 Greville Verney 15th Baron Latimer 7th Baron Willoughby (age 32) and Catherine Southwell Baroness Latimer and Willoughby Broke (age 25) were married. She the daughter of Robert Southwell and Elizabeth Howard Countess Carrick (age 54). They were sixth cousins.

The Chronicle of Geoffrey le Baker of Swinbroke. Baker was a secular clerk from Swinbroke, now Swinbrook, an Oxfordshire village two miles east of Burford. His Chronicle describes the events of the period 1303-1356: Gaveston, Bannockburn, Boroughbridge, the murder of King Edward II, the Scottish Wars, Sluys, Crécy, the Black Death, Winchelsea and Poitiers. To quote Herbert Bruce 'it possesses a vigorous and characteristic style, and its value for particular events between 1303 and 1356 has been recognised by its editor and by subsequent writers'. The book provides remarkable detail about the events it describes. Baker's text has been augmented with hundreds of notes, including extracts from other contemporary chronicles, such as the Annales Londonienses, Annales Paulini, Murimuth, Lanercost, Avesbury, Guisborough and Froissart to enrich the reader's understanding. The translation takes as its source the 'Chronicon Galfridi le Baker de Swynebroke' published in 1889, edited by Edward Maunde Thompson. Available at Amazon in eBook and Paperback.

In 1635 Greville Verney 15th Baron Latimer 7th Baron Willoughby (age 49) was appointed High Sheriff of Berkshire.
On 12th May 1642 Greville Verney 15th Baron Latimer 7th Baron Willoughby (age 56) died. On 12th May 1642 His son [his son] Greville (age 22) succeeded 16th Baron Latimer of Corby, 8th Baron Willoughby Broke.
On 13th April 1657 [his former wife] Catherine Southwell Baroness Latimer and Willoughby Broke (age 64) died.
