Before 1250 Henry Tregoz 1st Baron Tregoz was born.
In 1301 Henry Tregoz 1st Baron Tregoz (age 51) was appointed Knight of the Shire Sussex.
From 12th November 1304 to 14th March 1322 Henry Tregoz 1st Baron Tregoz (age 54) was summoned to Parliament whereby he is held to have become Baron Tregoz.
On 21st June 1305 Henry Tregoz 1st Baron Tregoz (age 55) was granted letters of protection to go on pilgrimage to the shrine of St. Edmund of Pontigny.
In 1308 Henry Tregoz 1st Baron Tregoz (age 58) and his wife were summoned to the Coronation of Edward II and Isabella.
