Biography of John Lubbock 3rd Baronet 1803-1865

Paternal Family Tree: Lubbock

On 3rd August 1799 [his father] John Lubbock 2nd Baronet (age 24) and [his mother] Mary Entwistle were married.

On 26th March 1803 John Lubbock 3rd Baronet was born to John Lubbock 2nd Baronet (age 28) and Mary Entwistle.

In 1828 John Lubbock 3rd Baronet (age 24) became a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society.

In 1829 John Lubbock 3rd Baronet (age 25) became a Fellow of the Royal Society.

In 1833 John Lubbock 3rd Baronet (age 29) and Harriet Hotham were married. They had eleven children.

On 30th April 1834 [his son] John Lubbock 1st Baron Avebury was born to John Lubbock 3rd Baronet (age 31) and [his wife] Harriet Hotham.

On 7th February 1838 [his son] Henry James Lubbock was born to John Lubbock 3rd Baronet (age 34) and [his wife] Harriet Hotham.

On 31st March 1839 [his son] Neville Lubbock was born to John Lubbock 3rd Baronet (age 36) and [his wife] Harriet Hotham.

On 22nd October 1840 [his father] John Lubbock 2nd Baronet (age 66) died. His son John (age 37) succeeded 3rd Baronet Lubbock of Lammas in Norfolk.

On 22nd February 1847 [his son] Edgar Lubbock was born to John Lubbock 3rd Baronet (age 43) and [his wife] Harriet Hotham.

On 10th April 1856 [his son] John Lubbock 1st Baron Avebury (age 21) and [his daughter-in-law] Ellen Frances Horden Lady Lubbock were married.

On 18th June 1861 [his son] Neville Lubbock (age 22) and [his daughter-in-law] Charlotte Wood were married.

On 21st June 1865 John Lubbock 3rd Baronet (age 62) died. His son [his son] John (age 31) succeeded 4th Baronet Lubbock of Lammas in Norfolk. [his daughter-in-law] Ellen Frances Horden Lady Lubbock by marriage Lady Lubbock of Lammas in Norfolk.
