In 1594 Richard Molyneux 1st Viscount Molyneux was born to [his father] Richard Molyneux 1st Baronet (age 34) and [his mother] Frances Gerard Lady Molyneux (age 25).
On 24th November 1609 Richard Molyneux 1st Viscount Molyneux (age 15) was educated at Brasenose College, Oxford University.
On 27th March 1613 Richard Molyneux 1st Viscount Molyneux (age 19) was knighted.
In 1614 Richard Molyneux 1st Viscount Molyneux (age 20) was elected MP Wigan.

He married 1637 Frances Seymour Countess Southampton, daughter of William Seymour 2nd Duke of Somerset and Frances Devereux Duchess of Somerset.
On 19th February 1620 [his mother] Frances Gerard Lady Molyneux (age 51) died at Sefton, Cheshire.

In 1624 [his son] Caryll Molyneux 3rd Viscount Molyneux was born to Richard Molyneux 1st Viscount Molyneux (age 30). He married 1654 Mary Barlow Viscountess Molyneux and had issue.
In December 1628 Richard Molyneux 1st Viscount Molyneux (age 34) was created 1st Viscount Molyneux. [his wife] Mary Caryll Viscountess Molyneux (age 32) by marriage Viscountess Molyneux.
In 1636 Richard Molyneux 1st Viscount Molyneux (age 42) died. In 1636 His son Richard (age 17) succeeded 2nd Viscount Molyneux, 3rd Baronet Molyneux of Sefton.
Around 18th July 1639 [his former wife] Mary Caryll Viscountess Molyneux (age 42) died.
[his daughter] Mary Molyneux was born to Richard Molyneux 1st Viscount Molyneux and Mary Caryll Viscountess Molyneux.
[his daughter] Charlotte Molyneux Lady Stanley was born to Richard Molyneux 1st Viscount Molyneux and Mary Caryll Viscountess Molyneux. She married 1651 William Stanley 1st Baronet and had issue.
