Published March 2025. The Deeds of King Henry V, or in Latin Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.

Biography of Thomas Lister 4th Baron Ribblesdale 1854-1925

Paternal Family Tree: Lister

On 07 May 1853 [his father] Thomas Lister 3rd Baron Ribblesdale (age 25) and [his step-mother] Emma Mure Lady Ribblesdale (age 20) were married. She by marriage Baroness Ribblesdale of Gisburne Park in the West Riding of Yorkshire.

On 29 Oct 1854 Thomas Lister 4th Baron Ribblesdale was born to Thomas Lister 3rd Baron Ribblesdale (age 26) at Fontainebleau.

On 25 Aug 1876 [his father] Thomas Lister 3rd Baron Ribblesdale (age 48) committed suicide as a consequence of the loss of his wealth due to gambling. His son Thomas (age 21) succeeded 4th Baron Ribblesdale of Gisburne Park in the West Riding of Yorkshire.

On 07 Apr 1877 Thomas Lister 4th Baron Ribblesdale (age 22) and Charlotte Monckton "Charty" Tennant (age 19) were married at Savoy Chapel Royal [Map].

In 1878 [his son] Thomas Lister was born to Thomas Lister 4th Baron Ribblesdale (age 23) and [his wife] Charlotte Monckton "Charty" Tennant (age 20).

In 1880 [his daughter] Barbrara Lister was born to Thomas Lister 4th Baron Ribblesdale (age 25) and [his wife] Charlotte Monckton "Charty" Tennant (age 22).

In 1892 [his daughter] Laura Lister was born to Thomas Lister 4th Baron Ribblesdale (age 37) and [his wife] Charlotte Monckton "Charty" Tennant (age 34).

In 1893 [his daughter] Diana Lister Countess of Westmoreland was born to Thomas Lister 4th Baron Ribblesdale (age 38) and [his wife] Charlotte Monckton "Charty" Tennant (age 35).

On 07 Sep 1905 [his son-in-law] Mathew Richard Henry Wilson 4th Baronet (age 30) and [his daughter] Barbrara Lister (age 25) were married. They had three children.

On 15 Oct 1910 [his son-in-law] Simon Fraser 14th Lord Lovat (age 38) and [his daughter] Laura Lister (age 18) were married. The difference in their ages was 20 years.

In 1911 [his wife] Charlotte Monckton "Charty" Tennant (age 53) died.

On 17 Apr 1913 [his son-in-law] Captain Percy Lyulph Wyndham (age 25) and [his daughter] Diana Lister Countess of Westmoreland (age 20) were married at St George's Church, Hanover Square.

In 1915 [his son] Charles Alfred Lister (age 28) died from wounds received during the Gallipoli Campaign.

In 1918 [his son-in-law] Captain Arthur Edward "Boy" Capel (age 36) and [his daughter] Diana Lister Countess of Westmoreland (age 25) were married.

On 21 Oct 1925 Thomas Lister 4th Baron Ribblesdale (age 70) died. Baron Ribblesdale of Gisburne Park in the West Riding of Yorkshire extinct.
