Published March 2025. The Deeds of King Henry V, or in Latin Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.

In 1316 [his father] Maurice Berkeley 7th and 2nd Baron Berkeley (age 44) and [his step-mother] Isabella Clare Baroness Berkeley (age 53) were married. She the daughter of Gilbert "Red Earl" Clare 7th Earl Gloucester 6th Earl Hertford and Alice or Alix Lusignan Countess Gloucester and Hertford. They were third cousin once removed. He a great x 2 grandson of King John of England. She a great x 5 granddaughter of King Henry I "Beauclerc" England.

Before 1320 Thomas Rich Berkeley 8th and 3rd Baron Berkeley (age 23) and Margaret Mortimer Baroness Berkeley (age 15) were married. She the daughter of Roger Mortimer 1st Earl March (age 32) and Joan Geneville Baroness Mortimer 2nd Baroness Geneville (age 33). They were third cousins. Around 1325 [his son] Thomas Berkeley was born to Thomas Rich Berkeley 8th and 3rd Baron Berkeley (age 29) and [his future wife] Katherine Clivedon Baroness Berkeley (age 15).

In 1326 [his son] Roger Berkeley was born to Thomas Rich Berkeley 8th and 3rd Baron Berkeley (age 30) and [his wife] Margaret Mortimer Baroness Berkeley (age 22).

In 1327 [his son] Alphonsus Berkeley was born to Thomas Rich Berkeley 8th and 3rd Baron Berkeley (age 31) and [his wife] Margaret Mortimer Baroness Berkeley (age 23).

On 3rd April 1327 Thomas Rich Berkeley 8th and 3rd Baron Berkeley (age 31) and John Maltravers 1st Baron Maltravers (age 37) were made keepers of King Edward II of England (age 42).

In 1330 [his daughter] Joan Berkeley Baroness Cobham Sternborough was born to Thomas Rich Berkeley 8th and 3rd Baron Berkeley (age 34) and [his wife] Margaret Mortimer Baroness Berkeley (age 26).

In 1344 [his son-in-law] Reginald Cobham 1st Baron Cobham (age 49) and [his daughter] Joan Berkeley Baroness Cobham Sternborough (age 14) were married at Lingfield, Surrey. The difference in their ages was 35 years. They were fourth cousin once removed. He a great x 4 grandson of King John of England. She a great x 4 granddaughter of King John of England.

On 30th May 1347 Thomas Rich Berkeley 8th and 3rd Baron Berkeley (age 51) and Katherine Clivedon Baroness Berkeley (age 37) were married. She by marriage Baroness Berkeley Feudal.

On 7th June 1348 [his son] Thomas Berkeley was born to Thomas Rich Berkeley 8th and 3rd Baron Berkeley (age 52) and [his wife] Katherine Clivedon Baroness Berkeley (age 38).

On 27th May 1349 [his son] Maurice Berkeley was born to Thomas Rich Berkeley 8th and 3rd Baron Berkeley (age 53) and [his wife] Katherine Clivedon Baroness Berkeley (age 39).

On 10th July 1350 [his son] Edmund Berkeley was born to Thomas Rich Berkeley 8th and 3rd Baron Berkeley (age 54) and [his wife] Katherine Clivedon Baroness Berkeley (age 40).

On 21st January 1352 [his son] John Berkeley was born to Thomas Rich Berkeley 8th and 3rd Baron Berkeley (age 56) and [his wife] Katherine Clivedon Baroness Berkeley (age 42) at Corston, Leicestershire.

On 27th October 1361 Thomas Rich Berkeley 8th and 3rd Baron Berkeley (age 65) died at Berkeley Castle [Map]. His son [his son] Maurice (age 41) succeeded 9th Baron Berkeley Feudal, 4th Baron Berkeley.

On 13th March 1385 [his former wife] Katherine Clivedon Baroness Berkeley (age 75) died.
