The Deeds of King Henry V, or in Latin Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.

On 21st June 1716 William Cadogan 1st Earl Cadogan (age 44) was created 1st Baron Cadogan. Margaret Cecilia Munter Countess Cadogan by marriage Baroness Cadogan.

On 17th July 1726 William Cadogan 1st Earl Cadogan (age 54) died without male issue. Earl Cadogan extinct. His brother Charles (age 41) succeeded 2nd Baron Cadogan. Elizabeth Sloane Baroness Cadogan (age 31) by marriage Baroness Cadogan.

On 24th September 1776 Charles Cadogan 2nd Baron Cadogan (age 91) died. His son Charles (age 47) succeeded 3rd Baron Cadogan.

On 3rd April 1807 Charles Sloane Cadogan 1st Earl Cadogan (age 78) died. His son Charles (age 57) succeeded 2nd Earl Cadogan, 2nd Viscount Chelsea, 4th Baron Cadogan. He was by then a lunatic.

On 23rd December 1832 Charles Henry Sloane 2nd Earl Cadogan (age 83) died unmarried in Enfield [Map]. His half brother George (age 49) succeeded 3rd Earl Cadogan, 3rd Viscount Chelsea, 5th Baron Cadogan.

On 15th September 1864 George Cadogan 3rd Earl Cadogan (age 81) died. His son Henry (age 52) succeeded 4th Earl Cadogan, 4th Viscount Chelsea, 6th Baron Cadogan. Mary Sarah Wellesley Countess Cadogan (age 55) by marriage Countess Cadogan.

On 8th June 1873 Henry Cadogan 4th Earl Cadogan (age 61) died at Woodrising, Norfolk. His son George (age 33) succeeded 5th Earl Cadogan, 5th Viscount Chelsea, 7th Baron Cadogan. Beatrix Jane Craven Countess Cadogan (age 28) by marriage Countess Cadogan.

On 6th March 1915 George Cadogan 5th Earl Cadogan (age 74) died. His son Gerald (age 45) succeeded 6th Earl Cadogan, 6th Viscount Chelsea, 8th Baron Cadogan.

On 4th October 1933 Gerald Oakley Cadogan 6th Earl Cadogan (age 64) died. His son William (age 19) succeeded 7th Earl Cadogan, 7th Viscount Chelsea, 9th Baron Cadogan.

On 4th July 1997 William Gerald Charles Cadogan 7th Earl Cadogan (age 83) died. His son Charles (age 60) succeeded 8th Earl Cadogan, 8th Viscount Chelsea, 10th Baron Cadogan.
