After 9th July 1328 John Darcy 1st Baron Darcy of Knayth (age 48) and Joan Burgh Countess Kildare (age 28) were married. She by marriage Baroness Darcy of Knayth. The difference in their ages was 20 years. She the daughter of Richard "Red Earl" Burgh 2nd Earl of Ulster and Margaret Burgh Countess Ulster.

On 30th May 1347 John Darcy 1st Baron Darcy of Knayth (age 67) died. He was buried at Gisborough Priory [Map]. His son John (age 30) succeeded 2nd Baron Darcy of Knayth. Elizabeth Meinhill Baroness Darcy Knayth and Haversham (age 15) by marriage Baroness Darcy of Knayth.

On 13th December 1692 Conyers Darcy 2nd Earl Holderness (age 70) died. His grandson Robert (age 11) succeeded 3rd Earl Holderness, 10th Baron Darcy of Knayth, 7th Baron Conyers, 4th Baron Darcy of Meinhill.

On 20th January 1721 Robert Darcy 3rd Earl Holderness (age 39) died. His son Robert (age 2) succeeded 4th Earl Holderness, 11th Baron Darcy of Knayth, 8th Baron Conyers, 5th Baron Darcy of Meinhill.

On 16th May 1778 Robert Darcy 4th Earl Holderness (age 59) died. Earl Holderness, Baron Darcy of Meinhill extinct. His daughter Amelia (age 23) succeeded 12th Baroness Darcy of Knayth, 9th Baroness Conyers.

On 27th January 1784 Amelia Darcy 12th Baroness Darcy 9th Baroness Conyers (age 29) died. Her son George (age 8) succeeded 13th Baron Darcy of Knayth, 10th Baron Conyers.

On 17th August 1797 George William Frederick Osborne 6th Duke Leeds (age 22) and Charlotte Townshend Duchess Leeds (age 21) were married. She by marriage Baroness Darcy of Knayth, Baroness Conyers. She the daughter of George Townshend 1st Marquess Townshend (age 73) and Anne Montgomery Marchioness Townshend (age 45). He the son of Francis Osborne 5th Duke Leeds (age 46) and Amelia Darcy 12th Baroness Darcy 9th Baroness Conyers. They were sixth cousins. He a great x 5 grandson of King James I of England and Ireland and VI of Scotland.

On 10th July 1838 George William Frederick Osborne 6th Duke Leeds (age 62) died. His son Francis (age 40) succeeded 7th Duke Leeds, 7th Earl of Danby, 7th Viscount Osborne, 7th Viscount Latimer, 7th Baron Osborne of Kinderton, 8th Baronet Osborne of Kiveton, 14th Baron Darcy of Knayth, 11th Baron Conyers. Louisa Catharine Caton Duchess Leeds (age 45) by marriage Duchess Leeds.

On 4th May 1859 Francis Godolphin Osborne 7th Duke Leeds (age 60) died. He was buried at the Osborne Family Chapel All Hallows' Church Harthill [Map]. His first cousin George (age 56) succeeded 8th Duke Leeds, 8th Earl of Danby, 8th Viscount Osborne, 8th Viscount Latimer, 8th Baron Osborne of Kinderton, 9th Baronet Osborne of Kiveton. His nephew Sackville (age 31) succeeded 15th Baron Darcy of Knayth, 12th Baron Conyers.

On 24th August 1888 Sackville George Lane-Fox 15th Baron Darcy of Knayth 12th Baron Conyers (age 60) died. Baron Conyers and Baron Darcy of Knayth abeyant between his two daughters Marcia Amelia Mary Lane-Fox Countess Yarborough (age 24) and Violet Ida Evelyn Lane-Fox Countess Powis (age 23).

In 1903 Violet Ida Evelyn Lane-Fox Countess Powis (age 38) abeyance terminated 16th Baroness Darcy of Knayth.

In 1929 Violet Ida Evelyn Lane-Fox Countess Powis (age 64) died. Her son Mervyn (age 24) succeeded 17th Baron Darcy of Knayth.

In 1934 Mervyn Horatio Herbert 17th Baron Darcy of Knayth (age 29) and Vida Cuthbert Baroness Darcy (age 24) were married. She by marriage Baroness Darcy of Knayth. He the son of George Herbert 4th Earl Powis (age 71) and Violet Ida Evelyn Lane-Fox Countess Powis.

On 23rd March 1943 Mervyn Horatio Herbert 17th Baron Darcy of Knayth (age 38) died whilst on active service. He was buried at St Mary's Church, Welshpool.

He was participating in a training night exercise when his Mosquito intercepted a Stirling bomber returning from a leaflet dropping raid in Europe, following which the Mosquito crashed into the ground near Manningtree, Essex [Map], killing both Herbert and his navigator Albert Eastwood; possibly a friendly fire incident?

Davina Darcy 18th Baroness Darcy of Knayth (age 4) succeeded 18th Baroness Darcy of Knayth.

In 1960 Rupert Ingrams Baron Darcy (age 20) and Davina Darcy 18th Baroness Darcy of Knayth (age 21) were married. He by marriage Baron Darcy of Knayth.

On 24th February 2008 Davina Darcy 18th Baroness Darcy of Knayth (age 69) died. Her son Casper (age 46) succeeded 19th Baron Darcy of Knayth.

Baron Darcy of Darcy aka Templehurst (2nd Creation)

Baron Darcy of Darcy aka Templehurst is also in Baronies of England Chronologically, Forfeit Baronies of England.

On 17th October 1509 Thomas Darcy 1st Baron Darcy Templehurst (age 42) was created 1st Baron Darcy of Darcy aka Templehurst. Edith Sandys Baroness by marriage Baroness Darcy of Darcy aka Templehurst.

On 30th June 1537 Thomas Darcy 1st Baron Darcy Templehurst (age 70) was beheaded at Tower Hill [Map]. In 1539 he was postumously attainted; Baron Darcy of Darcy aka Templehurst forfeit.

In 1548 George Darcy 1st Baron Darcy Aston (age 51) was created 1st Baron Darcy of Aston. Dorothy Melton Baroness Darcy (age 42) by marriage Baroness Darcy of Aston. Some argue this was a restoration of his father's Barony Baron Darcy of Darcy aka Templehurst although when he took his place in the House of Lords it was a junior Baron ie without the precedence of the former Barony suggesting it was a new creation. However, when his son John Darcy 2nd Baron Darcy Aston (age 8) took his place in the House of Lords it was with the precedence of the former Barony.

On 18th October 1602 John Darcy 2nd Baron Darcy Aston (age 62) died at Aston. His grandson John (age 30) succeeded 3rd Baron Darcy of Aston. Rosamund Freschville Baroness Darcy (age 26) by marriage Baroness Darcy of Aston.

On 7th May 1617 John Darcy 3rd Baron Darcy Aston (age 45) and Isabel Wray Baroness Darcy were married. She by marriage Baroness Darcy of Aston.

On 28th June 1558 Thomas Darcy 1st Baron Darcy (age 51) died at Wivenhoe, Essex [Map]. He was buried at St Osyth's Priory [Map]. His son John (age 26) succeeded 2nd Baron Darcy of Chiche.

In March 1581 John Darcy 2nd Baron Darcy (age 49) died. He was buried at St Osyth's Priory [Map]. His son Thomas (age 16) succeeded 3rd Baron Darcy of Chiche. Mary Kitson Countess Rivers (age 13) by marriage Baroness Darcy of Chiche.

On 25th February 1640 Thomas Darcy 1st Earl Rivers (age 75) died at Winchester House Broad Street. His grandson John (age 37) succeeded 2nd Earl Rivers, 2nd Viscount Colchester. Baron Darcy of Chiche extinct.

Baron Darcy of Chiche (5th Creation)

In 1613 Thomas Savage 1st Viscount Savage (age 27) was created 1st Baron Darcy of Chiche. He the son-in-law of the last Baron of the 1513 creation Thomas Darcy 1st Earl Rivers (age 48).

On 20th November 1635 Thomas Savage 1st Viscount Savage (age 49) died. His son John (age 32) succeeded 2nd Viscount Savage, 2nd Baron Darcy of Chiche, 3rd Baronet Savage of Rocksavage in Cheshire.

On 10th October 1654 John Savage 2nd Earl Rivers (age 51) died at Frodsham Castle [Map]. His son Thomas (age 26) succeeded 3rd Earl Rivers, 3rd Viscount Colchester, 3rd Viscount Savage, 3rd Baron Darcy of Chiche, 4th Baronet Savage of Rocksavage in Cheshire. Elizabeth Scrope Countess Rivers (age 27) by marriage Countess Rivers.

On 14th September 1694 Thomas Savage 3rd Earl Rivers (age 66) died at Great Queen Street, St Giles' in the Fields. His son Richard (age 40) succeeded 4th Earl Rivers, 4th Viscount Colchester, 4th Viscount Savage, 4th Baron Darcy of Chiche, 5th Baronet Savage of Rocksavage in Cheshire.

On 18th August 1712 Richard Savage 4th Earl Rivers (age 58) died. His first cousin John (age 47) succeeded 5th Earl Rivers, 5th Viscount Colchester, 5th Viscount Savage, 5th Baron Darcy of Chiche, 6th Baronet Savage of Rocksavage in Cheshire.

On 9th May 1737 John Savage 5th Earl Rivers (age 72) died unmarried since he was a Catholic priest. Earl Rivers, Viscount Colchester, Viscount Savage, Baron Darcy of Chiche and Baronet Savage of Rocksavage in Cheshire extinct.

Baron Darcy of Meinhill (6th Creation)

In 1641 Conyers Darcy 7th Baron Darcy of Knayth, 1st Baron Darcy Meinhill, 4th Baron Conyers (age 70) was created 1st Baron Darcy of Meinhill. Dorothy Belasyse Baroness Darcy and Conyers (age 69) by marriage Baroness Darcy of Meinhill.
