In 1625 John Robartes 1st Baron Robartes (age 45) was created 1st Baron Robartes of Truro in Cornwall. Purchased for £10,000, possibly under compulsion.

After 1625 John Robartes 1st Earl Radnor (age 19) and Letitia Isabella Smythe Countess Radnor were married. She by marriage Baroness Robartes of Truro in Cornwall. The difference in their ages was 24 years.

In 1634 John Robartes 1st Baron Robartes (age 54) died. His son John (age 28) succeeded 2nd Baron Robartes of Truro in Cornwall, 2nd Baronet Robartes. Lucy Rich Baroness Robartes (age 19) by marriage Baroness Robartes of Truro in Cornwall.

On 17th July 1685 John Robartes 1st Earl Radnor (age 79) died at Chelsea. His grandson Charles (age 25) succeeded 2nd Earl Radnor, 2nd Viscount Bodmin, 3rd Baron Robartes of Truro in Cornwall, 3rd Baronet Robartes.

In 1723 Charles Robartes 2nd Earl Radnor (age 63) died. His nephew Henry (age 28) succeeded 3rd Earl Radnor, 3rd Viscount Bodmin, 4th Baron Robartes of Truro in Cornwall, 4th Baronet Robartes.

On 1st February 1741 Henry Robartes 3rd Earl Radnor (age 46) died unmarried in Paris [Map]. His half first cousin once removed John (age 55) succeeded 4th Earl Radnor4th Viscount Bodmin, 5th Baron Robartes of Truro in Cornwall, 5th Baronet Robartes.

On 15th July 1757 John Robartes 4th Earl Radnor (age 71) died unmarried. Earl Radnor, Viscount Bodmin, Baron Robartes of Truro in Cornwall, Baronet Robartes extinct.

Baron Robartes of Lanhydrock and of Truro in Cornwall 2nd Creation

Baron Robartes of Lanhydrock and of Truro in Cornwall is also in Baronies of England Chronologically, Extinct Baronies of England.

On 13th December 1869 Thomas James Agar aka Agar-Robartes 1st Baron Robartes (age 61) was created 1st Baron Robartes of Lanhydrock and of Truro in Cornwall. Juliana Pole-Carew Baroness Robartes (age 57) by marriage Baroness Robartes of Lanhydrock and of Truro in Cornwall.

On 9th March 1882 Thomas James Agar aka Agar-Robartes 1st Baron Robartes (age 73) died. His son Thomas (age 38) succeeded 2nd Baron Robartes of Lanhydrock and of Truro in Cornwall.

On 19th July 1930 Thomas Agar-Robartes 6th Viscount Clifden (age 86) died. His son Francis (age 47) succeeded 7th Viscount Clifden of Gowran in County Kilkenny, 7th Baron Mendip of Mendip in Somerset, 3rd Baron Robartes of Lanhydrock and of Truro in Cornwall.

On 15th July 1966 Francis Gerald Agar-Robartes 7th Viscount Clifden (age 83) died unmarried. His brother Arthur (age 79) succeeded 8th Viscount Clifden of Gowran in County Kilkenny, 8th Baron Mendip of Mendip in Somerset, 4th Baron Robartes of Lanhydrock and of Truro in Cornwall.

On 22nd December 1974 Arthur Victor Agar-Robartes 8th Viscount Clifden (age 87) died without male issue. He was buried at St Hydroc's Church, Lanhydrock. Viscount Clifden of Gowran in County Kilkenny, Baron Robartes of Lanhydrock and of Truro in Cornwall extinct. His fourth cousin once removed Shaun (age 29) succeeded 9th Baron Mendip of Mendip in Somerset.
