The Deeds of King Henry V, or in Latin Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.

John Bampfylde 1st Baronet (age 31) was created 1st Baronet Bampfylde of Poltimore in Devon.
On 29 or 30th July 1641 William Strickland 1st Baronet (age 45) was created 1st Baronet Strickland of Boynton in Yorkshire. Frances Finch Lady Strickland by marriage Lady Strickland of Boynton in Yorkshire.
In April 1650 John Bampfylde 1st Baronet (age 40) died. His son Coplestone (age 12) succeeded 2nd Baronet Bampfylde of Poltimore in Devon.

On 7th October 1727 Coplestone Warwick Bamfylde 3rd Baronet (age 37) died. His son Richard (age 4) succeeded 4th Baronet Bampfylde of Poltimore in Devon.
On 15th July 1776 Richard Warwick Bampfylde 4th Baronet (age 53) died. His son Charles (age 23) succeeded 5th Baronet Bampfylde of Poltimore in Devon.
On 19th April 1823 Charles Warwick Bamlfylde 5th Baronet (age 70) died at Montague Square. His son George (age 37) succeeded 6th Baronet Bampfylde of Poltimore in Devon.
On 19th December 1858 George Warwick Bamlfylde 1st Baron Poltimore (age 72) died. His son Augustus (age 21) succeeded 2nd Baron Politmore, 7th Baronet Bampfylde of Poltimore in Devon. Florence Sarah Wilhelmine Sheridan Baroness Poltimore by marriage Baroness Politmore.
On 3rd May 1908 Augustus Frederick Bampfylde 2nd Baron Poltimore (age 71) died. His son Coplestone (age 48) succeeded 3rd Baron Politmore, 8th Baronet Bampfylde of Poltimore in Devon. Margaret Harriet Beaumont Baroness Poltimore by marriage Baroness Politmore.
On 2nd November 1918 Coplestone Richard Bampfylde 3rd Baron Poltimore (age 58) died. His son George (age 36) succeeded 4th Baron Politmore, 9th Baronet Bampfylde of Poltimore in Devon.
On 13th July 1965 George Wentworth Warwick Bampfylde 4th Baron Poltimore (age 83) died. He was buried at Benwell, Southern Rhodesia, Africa. A memorial stone bench exists in the Bampfylde Memorial Garden created for his son in the churchyard of All Saints' Church, North Molton, next to Court House, his manor house, to which is affixed a tablet inscribed: "In loving memory of George Wentworth Warwick Bampfylde the 4th Baron Poltimore 1882–1965 and his wife Cynthia Rachael 1885–1961 who were laid to rest at Benwell Southern Rhodesia". His brother Arthur (age 82) succeeded 5th Baron Politmore, 10th Baronet Bampfylde of Poltimore in Devon.
In 1967 Arthur Blackett Warwick Bampfylde 5th Baron Poltimore (age 84) died. His brother Hugh (age 79) succeeded 6th Baron Politmore, 11th Baronet Bampfylde of Poltimore in Devon.
In 1978 Hugh de Burgh Warwick Bampfylde 6th Baron Poltimore (age 90) died. His grandson Mark (age 21) succeeded 7th Baron Politmore, 12th Baronet Bampfylde of Poltimore in Devon.
