In 1885 Charles Tennant 1st Baronet (age 61) was created 1st Baronet Tennant of The Glen and St Rollox. Emma Winsloe Lady Tennant (age 64) by marriage Lady Tennant of The Glen and St Rollox.

On 4th June 1906 Charles Tennant 1st Baronet (age 82) died. His son Edward (age 47) succeeded 2nd Baronet Tennant of The Glen and St Rollox.

On 21st November 1920 Edward Tennant 1st Baron Glenconner (age 61) died at 34 Queen Anne's Gate Marylebone following an operation ten days before. His son Christopher (age 21) succeeded 2nd Baron Glenconner of The Glen in Peebles, 3rd Baronet Tennant of The Glen and St Rollox.

In 1983 Christopher Tennant 2nd Baron Glenconner (age 84) died. His son Colin (age 56) succeeded 3rd Baron Glenconner of The Glen in Peebles, 4th Baronet Tennant of The Glen and St Rollox. Anne Veronica Coke Baroness Glenconner (age 50) by marriage Baroness Glenconner of The Glen in Peebles.

On 27th August 2010 Colin Tennant 3rd Baron Glenconner (age 83) died. His grandson Cody (age 16) succeeded 4th Baron Glenconner of The Glen in Peebles, 5th Baronet Tennant of The Glen and St Rollox. He had made a new will shortly before his death leaving all of his assets to an employee, Kent Adonai. The family contested this will, and after a legal battle that lasted several years the estate was divided between Adonai and Cody Charles Edward Tennant.
