Published March 2025. The Deeds of King Henry V, or in Latin Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.

On 22nd May 1781 Garrett Wellesley 1st Earl Mornington (age 45) died at Kensington. He was buried at Grosvenor Chapel, Mayfair. On 22nd May 1781 His son Richard (age 20) succeeded 2nd Earl Mornington, 2nd Viscount Wellesley of Dangan Castle.

On 29th November 1794 Richard Wellesley 1st Marquess Wellesley (age 34) and Hyacinthe Gabrielle Roland Marchioness Wellesley (age 28) were married at St George's Church, Hanover Square. She by marriage Countess Mornington. He the son of Garrett Wellesley 1st Earl Mornington and Anne Hill Countess Mornington (age 52).

On 26th September 1842 Richard Wellesley 1st Marquess Wellesley (age 82) died at Kingston House Knightsbridge, Kensington. His brother William (age 79) succeeded 3rd Earl Mornington, 3rd Viscount Wellesley of Dangan Castle. Katherine Forbes Countess Mornington (age 81) by marriage Countess Mornington.

On 22nd February 1845 William Wellesley aka Wellesley-Pole 3rd Earl Mornington (age 81) died. His son William (age 56) succeeded 4th Earl Mornington, 4th Viscount Wellesley of Dangan Castle. Helena Paterson Bligh Countess Mornington by marriage Countess Mornington.

On 1st July 1857 William Pole Tylney Long Wellesley 4th Earl Mornington (age 69) died at Thayer Street Manchester Square Marylebone. He was buried at Catacomb B Kensal Green Cemetery. His son William (age 43) succeeded 5th Earl Mornington, 5th Viscount Wellesley of Dangan Castle.

On 25th July 1863 William Richard Arthur Pole Tylney Long Wellesley 5th Earl Mornington (age 49) died in Paris [Map]. He was buried at Draycott Cerne Chippenham, Wiltshire. His first cousin once removed Arthur (age 56) succeeded 6th Earl Mornington, 6th Viscount Wellesley of Dangan Castle. Elizabeth Hay Duchess Wellington (age 42) by marriage Countess Mornington.

On 13th August 1884 Arthur Wellesley 2nd Duke Wellington (age 77) died. His nephew Henry (age 38) succeeded 3rd Duke Wellington, 7th Earl Mornington, 7th Viscount Wellesley of Dangan Castle, 3rd Viscount Wellington of Talavera. Evelyn Katrine Gwenfra Williams Duchess Wellington (age 29) by marriage Duchess Wellington.

On 18th June 1934 Arthur Charles Wellesley 4th Duke Wellington (age 85) died. His son Arthur (age 58) succeeded 5th Duke Wellington, 9th Earl Mornington, 9th Viscount Wellesley of Dangan Castle, 5th Viscount Wellington of Talavera. Lillian Maud Glen Coats Duchess Wellington (age 49) by marriage Duchess Wellington.

On 11th December 1941 Arthur Charles Wellesley 5th Duke Wellington (age 65) died. His son Henry (age 29) succeeded 6th Duke Wellington, 10th Earl Mornington, 10th Viscount Wellesley of Dangan Castle, 6th Viscount Wellington of Talavera.

On 16th September 1943 Henry Wellesley 6th Duke Wellington (age 31) was killed during an attempt to take Pimple Hill. He was buried where he lay. He was unmarried and without issue. His uncle Gerald (age 58) succeeded 7th Duke Wellington, 11th Earl Mornington, 11th Viscount Wellesley of Dangan Castle, 7th Viscount Wellington of Talavera. On 4th January 1972 Gerald Wellesley 7th Duke Wellington (age 86) died. His son Arthur (age 56) succeeded 8th Duke Wellington, 12th Earl Mornington, 12th Viscount Wellesley of Dangan Castle, 8th Viscount Wellington of Talavera. Diana McConnel Duchess of Wellington (age 49) by marriage Duchess Wellington.

On 31st December 2014 Arthur Valerian Wellesley 8th Duke Wellington (age 99) died at his home Stratfield Saye House [Map]. His son Arthur (age 69) succeeded 9th Duke Wellington, 13th Earl Mornington, 13th Viscount Wellesley of Dangan Castle, 9th Viscount Wellington of Talavera.
