On 11th August 1642 Charles Cockayne 1st Viscount Cullen (age 40) was created 1st Viscount Cullen. Mary O'Brien Viscountess Cullen (age 33) by marriage Viscountess Cullen.
On 19th June 1661 Charles Cockayne 1st Viscount Cullen (age 58) died. He was buried at St Peter's Church, Rushton. His son Brien (age 29) succeeded 2nd Viscount Cullen.
In June 1687 Brien Cockayne 2nd Viscount Cullen (age 55) died. He was buried at St Peter's Church, Rushton. His son Charles (age 28) succeeded 3rd Viscount Cullen.
On 30th December 1688 Charles Cockayne 3rd Viscount Cullen (age 30) died. His son Charles (age 1) succeeded 4th Viscount Cullen.
On 6th April 1716 Charles Cockayne 4th Viscount Cullen (age 29) died. His son Charles (age 5) succeeded 5th Viscount Cullen.
On 18th April 1732 Charles Cockayne 5th Viscount Cullen (age 21) and Ann Warren Viscountess Cullen were married. She by marriage Viscountess Cullen.
In 1810 Borlase Cockayne 6th Viscount Cullen (age 70) died unmarried. Viscount Cullen extinct. The trustees of his estate sold Rushton Hall 1828 to William W Hope.
