In 1640 Richard Wenman 1st Viscount Wenman (age 67) died. His son Thomas (age 44) succeeded 2nd Viscount Wenman of Tuam.

On 25th January 1665 Thomas Wenman 2nd Viscount Wenman (age 69) died. His brother Philip (age 55) succeeded 3rd Viscount Wenman of Tuam.

After 1683 Philip Wenman 3rd Viscount Wenman (age 73) obtained a new patent for Viscount Wenman of Tuam, since his only son had died childless, with remainder to his great-nephew, Richard Wenman 4th Viscount Wenman (age 26).

In 1686 Philip Wenman 3rd Viscount Wenman (age 76) died without male issue. His great nephew Richard (age 29) succeeded 4th Viscount Wenman of Tuam.

On 1st March 1690 Richard Wenman 4th Viscount Wenman (age 33) died. His son Richard (age 2) succeeded 5th Viscount Wenman of Tuam, 3rd Baronet Wenman of Caswell.

On 28th November 1729 Richard Wenman 5th Viscount Wenman (age 41) died. His son Philip (age 10) succeeded 6th Viscount Wenman of Tuam, 4th Baronet Wenman of Caswell.

On 16th August 1760 Philip Wenman 6th Viscount Wenman (age 40) died. His son Philip (age 18) succeeded 7th Viscount Wenman of Tuam, 5th Baronet Wenman of Caswell. Anne Eleanora Bertie Viscountess Wenman (age 23) by marriage Viscountess Wenman of Tuam.

On 26th March 1800 Philip Wenman 7th Viscount Wenman (age 57) died. Viscount Wenman of Tuam and Baronet Wenman of Caswell extinct.
