He the son of [her grandfather] John II King Aragon (age 71) and [her grandmother] Juana Enríquez Queen Consort Aragon. They were second cousins. She a great x 2 granddaughter of King Edward III of England.

In 1479 Joanna "The Mad" Trastámara Queen Castile was born to Ferdinand II King Aragon (age 26) and Isabella Queen Castile (age 27) in Toledo. She a great x 3 granddaughter of King Edward III of England. Coefficient of inbreeding 3.23%.

On 20 Oct 1496 Philip "Handsome Fair" King Castile (age 18) and Joanna "The Mad" Trastámara Queen Castile (age 17) were married. On 15 Sep 1505 [her daughter] Mary Queen Hungary was born to [her husband] Philip "Handsome Fair" King Castile (age 27) and Joanna "The Mad" Trastámara Queen Castile (age 26). Coefficient of inbreeding 2.88%.

On 19 Oct 1505 [her father] Ferdinand II King Aragon (age 53) and [her step-mother] Germaine Foix Queen Consort Aragon (age 17) were married. She by marriage Queen Consort Aragon. Wriothesley's Chronicle. 1507. This yeare, about the latter ende of Januarye, the [her former husband] Kinge of Castell and his wife (age 28)^c were driven into Englande,^d and had here great cheare. The King was made Knight of the Garter at Windsore [Map].^e

On 04 Jul 1530 [her son-in-law] King Francis I of France (age 35) and [her daughter] Eleanor of Austria Queen Consort France Queen Consort Portugal (age 31) were married. On 12 Apr 1555 Joanna "The Mad" Trastámara Queen Castile (age 76) died.

Henry Machyn's Diary. 11 Jun 1555. The xj day of Juin be-gane they to sett up the frame for the hersse at Powlles for the quen of Spayn [Note. paternal grandmother of [her grandson] Philip "The Prudent" II King Spain (age 28)], the wyche was the goodlest that ever was sene in England; the bare frame cost xv1. the carpynter('s) dute.

Wriothesley's Chronicle. c. [her former husband] Archduke Philip and his wife Juana, who, by the death of her mother [her mother] lsabella, was now Queen of Castille.
