Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.

The King has been pleased, by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm, bearing date the 19th ultimo, to confer the dignity of a Barony of the United Kingdom upon Field-Marshal Sir Alan Francls Brooke [aged 62], G.C.B., D.S.O., and the heirs male of his body lawfully begotten, by the name, style and title of Baron Alanbrooke, of Brookeborough in the County of Fermanagh.

On 17th June 1963 Field-Marshal Alan Brooke 1st Viscount Alanbrooke [aged 79] died. He was buried at St Mary's Church, Hartley Wintney [Map]. His son Thomas [aged 43] succeeded 2nd Viscount Alanbrook, 2nd Baron Alanbrooke of Brookeborough in County Fermanagh,

On 19th December 1972 Thomas Brooke 2nd Viscount Alanbrooke [aged 52] died. His brother Victor [aged 40] succeeded 3rd Viscount Alanbrook, 3rd Baron Alanbrooke of Brookeborough in County Fermanagh,

On 10th January 2018 Victor Brooke 3rd Viscount Alanbrooke [aged 85] died. Viscount Alanbrook, Baron Alanbrooke of Brookeborough in County Fermanagh extinct.
