She the daughter of George Carpenter 2nd Earl Tyrconnel and Sarah Hussey Delaval Countess Tyrconnel. He the son of George de la Poer Beresford 1st Marquess Waterford 1735-1800 and Elizabeth Monck Marchioness Waterford 1742-1817 (age 65).
On 16 Jul 1826 [his father] (age 54) died. His son Henry de la Poer Beresford 3rd Marquess Waterford (age 15) succeeded 3rd Marquess Waterford.
In 1842 Henry de la Poer Beresford 3rd Marquess Waterford (age 30) and Louisa Anne Stuart Marchioness Waterford (age 23) were married. She by marriage Marchioness Waterford. He the son of Henry de la Poer Beresford 2nd Marquess Waterford 1772-1826 and Susan Hussey Carpenter Marchioness Waterford 1784-1827.
