He the son of [his grandfather] Hugh Lupus Grosvenor 1st Duke Westminster (age 53) and [his grandmother] Constance Leveson-Gower Duchess Westminster (age 44). They were third cousins.
On 19th March 1879 Hugh Richard Arthur "Bendor" Grosvenor 2nd Duke Westminster was born to [his father] Victor Alexander Grosvenor (age 25) and [his mother] Sibell Mary Lumley (age 23).
On 22nd January 1884 [his father] Victor Alexander Grosvenor (age 30) died.
In 1887 [his step-father] George Wyndham (age 23) and [his mother] Sibell Mary Lumley (age 31) were married. She the daughter of [his grandfather] Richard Lumley 9th Earl Scarborough and [his grandmother] Adeliza Drummond Countess Scarborough. They were half fifth cousins. He a great x 5 grandson of King Charles II of England Scotland and Ireland.
On 15th July 1899 [his brother-in-law] Anthony Ashley-Cooper 9th Earl of Shaftesbury (age 29) and [his sister] Constance Grosvenor Countess of Shaftesbury (age 23) were married. She by marriage Countess Shaftesbury. He the son of Anthony Ashley-Cooper 8th Earl Shaftesbury and Harriet Augusta Anna Seymourina Chichester Countess Shaftesbury. They were fifth cousins.
On 22nd December 1899 [his grandfather] Hugh Lupus Grosvenor 1st Duke Westminster (age 74) died. His grandson Hugh (age 20) succeeded 2nd Duke Westminster, 4th Marquess Westminster, 5th Earl Grosvenor, 11th Baronet Grosvenor of Eaton in Cheshire. On 1902 [his brother-in-law] William Lygon 7th Earl Beauchamp (age 29) and [his sister] Lettice Mary Elizabeth Grosvenor Countess Beauchamp (age 25) were married. She by marriage Countess Beauchamp. He the son of Frederick Lygon 6th Earl Beauchamp and Mary Catherine Stanhope Countess Beauchamp. They were half third cousin once removed.
On 20th April 1914 George Rowley and [his future wife] Violet Mary Nelson Duchess Westminster (age 23) were married.
On 19th December 1919 Hugh Richard Arthur "Bendor" Grosvenor 2nd Duke Westminster (age 40) and Constance Edwina "Shelagh" Cornwallis-West Duchess Westminster (age 44) were divorced.
Chronicle of Walter of Guisborough
A canon regular of the Augustinian Guisborough Priory, Yorkshire, formerly known as The Chronicle of Walter of Hemingburgh, describes the period from 1066 to 1346. Before 1274 the Chronicle is based on other works. Thereafter, the Chronicle is original, and a remarkable source for the events of the time. This book provides a translation of the Chronicle from that date. The Latin source for our translation is the 1849 work edited by Hans Claude Hamilton. Hamilton, in his preface, says: 'In the present work we behold perhaps one of the finest samples of our early chronicles, both as regards the value of the events recorded, and the correctness with which they are detailed; Nor will the pleasing style of composition be lightly passed over by those capable of seeing reflected from it the tokens of a vigorous and cultivated mind, and a favourable specimen of the learning and taste of the age in which it was framed.'

His third marriage; her first. Winston Churchill (age 55) was best man. They were married until 1947 when the marriage was dissolved. No issue. The difference in their ages was 22 years. They were fourth cousin once removed.
The Times. 21st February 1930. THE DUKE OF WESTMINSTER AND MISS PONSONBY. The marriage of the Duke of Westminster (age 50) and [his wife] Miss Loelia Mary Ponsonby (age 28), daughter of [his father-in-law] Sir Frederick (age 62) and Lady Ponsonby, of Great Tangley Manor Guildford, and St. James's Palace [Map], took place at Prince's-row Register Office yesterday. Among those present were Mr. Winston Churchill (age 55), Lady Serena James (age 28), Mrs Walter Rubens, Colonel (age 65) and Mrs. Guy Wyndham, Captain and Mrs. Cowes, Mrs. Basil Kerr, Mr. and Mrs. George Drummond, and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Guinness. The Duke and Duchess left for their honeymoon in the Duke's steam yacht the Cutty Sark, wlhich was moored at Deptford [Map].
On 26th July 1936 [his sister] Lettice Mary Elizabeth Grosvenor Countess Beauchamp (age 59) died estranged from all her children except her youngest [his nephew] Richard Edward Lygon (age 19).
On 11th February 1939 [his former step-son] Michael Richard Bernard Rowley (age 24) and [his niece] Sibell Lygon (age 31) were married bigamously. She the daughter of [his former brother-in-law] William Lygon 7th Earl Beauchamp and [his sister] Lettice Mary Elizabeth Grosvenor Countess Beauchamp.
The Deeds of the Dukes of Normandy
The Gesta Normannorum Ducum [The Deeds of the Dukes of Normandy] is a landmark medieval chronicle tracing the rise and fall of the Norman dynasty from its early roots through the pivotal events surrounding the Norman Conquest of England.
