Biography of Robert Rich 5th Earl Warwick 2nd Earl Holland 1619-1675

After 14th February 1659 [his son] Henry Rich (deceased) died.

In 1661 Robert Rich 5th Earl Warwick 2nd Earl Holland (age 42) and Anne Montagu Countess Warwick and Holland were married. She by marriage Countess Holland. She the daughter of Edward Montagu 2nd Earl Manchester (age 59) and Anne Rich Viscountess Mandeville. He the son of Henry Rich 1st Earl Holland and Isabel Cope Countess Holland. They were first cousin once removed.

On 5th May 1671 [his father-in-law] Edward Montagu 2nd Earl Manchester (age 69) died. His son [his brother-in-law] Robert (age 37) succeeded 3rd Earl Manchester, 3rd Viscount Mandeville, 3rd Baron Montagu of Kimbolton. Anne Yelverton Countess Manchester (age 41) by marriage Countess Manchester.

On 12th November 1672 [his sister] Frances Rich Baroness Geneville Beaudasert (age 55) died.

Around 1673 [his son] Edward Rich 6th Earl Warwick 3rd Earl Holland was born to Robert Rich 5th Earl Warwick 2nd Earl Holland (age 54) and [his wife] Anne Montagu Countess Warwick and Holland. Coefficient of inbreeding 3.14%. He married 1697 Charlotte Myddelton Countess Warwick and Holland, daughter of Thomas Myddelton 2nd Baronet and Charlotte Bridgeman Lady Myddelton, and had issue.

On 24th August 1673 Charles Rich 4th Earl Warwick (age 58) died. His first cousin Robert (age 54) succeeded 5th Earl Warwick, 7th Baron Rich of Leez. [his wife] Anne Montagu Countess Warwick and Holland by marriage Countess Warwick.

On 16th April 1675 Robert Rich 5th Earl Warwick 2nd Earl Holland (age 56) died. His son Edward (age 2) succeeded 6th Earl Warwick, 3rd Earl Holland, 8th Baron Rich of Leez.

In 1689 [his former wife] Anne Montagu Countess Warwick and Holland died.

[his daughter] Elizabeth Rich was born to Robert Rich 5th Earl Warwick 2nd Earl Holland and Anne Montagu Countess Warwick and Holland. Coefficient of inbreeding 3.14%. She married before 1711 Francis Edwardes and had issue.
