Around 1095 [her father] Henry "Black" Welf IX Duke Bavaria (age 20) and [her mother] Wulfhilde of Saxony Duchess Bavaria (age 23) were married. She the daughter of [her grandfather] Magnus Billung Duke Saxony (age 50). He the son of [her grandfather] Welf I Duke Bavaria (age 58) and [her grandmother] Judith Flanders Duchess Bavaria. They were fourth cousins.
On 19th May 1100 Judith Welf Holy Roman Empress was born to Henry "Black" Welf IX Duke Bavaria (age 25) and Wulfhilde of Saxony Duchess Bavaria (age 28).
In 1122 [her son] Frederick "Barbarossa" Hohenstaufen I Holy Roman Emperor was born to Frederick "One Eyed" Hohenstaufen I Holy Roman Emperor (age 32) and Judith Welf Holy Roman Empress (age 21).
In 1123 [her daughter] Bertha aka Judith Hohenstaufen Duchess Lorraine was born to Frederick "One Eyed" Hohenstaufen I Holy Roman Emperor (age 33) and Judith Welf Holy Roman Empress (age 22).
On 13th December 1126 [her father] Henry "Black" Welf IX Duke Bavaria (age 51) died. His son [her brother] Henry (age 18) succeeded 10th Duke Bavaria.
On 26th December 1126 [her mother] Wulfhilde of Saxony Duchess Bavaria (age 54) died.
On 27th August 1130 Judith Welf Holy Roman Empress (age 30) died.

The Chronicle of Geoffrey le Baker of Swinbroke. Baker was a secular clerk from Swinbroke, now Swinbrook, an Oxfordshire village two miles east of Burford. His Chronicle describes the events of the period 1303-1356: Gaveston, Bannockburn, Boroughbridge, the murder of King Edward II, the Scottish Wars, Sluys, Crécy, the Black Death, Winchelsea and Poitiers. To quote Herbert Bruce 'it possesses a vigorous and characteristic style, and its value for particular events between 1303 and 1356 has been recognised by its editor and by subsequent writers'. The book provides remarkable detail about the events it describes. Baker's text has been augmented with hundreds of notes, including extracts from other contemporary chronicles, such as the Annales Londonienses, Annales Paulini, Murimuth, Lanercost, Avesbury, Guisborough and Froissart to enrich the reader's understanding. The translation takes as its source the 'Chronicon Galfridi le Baker de Swynebroke' published in 1889, edited by Edward Maunde Thompson. Available at Amazon in eBook and Paperback.
