Baron Delaval of Redford in County Wicklow and Baron Delaval of Seaton Delaval in Northumberland extinct. He was buried at Chapel of St Paul, Westminster Abbey [Map]. Edward Hussey Delaval inherited Doddington Hall [Map]. On 14th August 1814 he died. Sarah Delaval inherited Doddington Hall [Map].

Anne Hussey Delaval: Around 1743 she was born to Francis Blake Delaval and Rhoda Apreece. On 6th October 1759 William Stanhope and she were married. His third wife. The difference in their ages was 41 years. He the son of Philip Stanhope 3rd Earl Chesterfield and Elizabeth Savile.

On 9th December 1752 [his father] Francis Blake Delaval [aged 59] died after falling down steps at his home Seaton Delaval Hall, Northumberland [Map].

Abbot John Whethamstede’s Chronicle of the Abbey of St Albans
